Leads and directs one of more project teams engaged in the design, implementation and/or modification of Technology projects. Prepares project execution plan and identifies appropriate technical and business resources needed for the team. Ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet the technical requirements of the assignment. Key Roles: Managing Content Management System (CMS) serving multiple (large) enterprise programs (Agile Sprint planning, retros, planning reports, etc.) Helping mitigate risks Ensure alignment with multiple stakeholders across matrix organization Work directly with translation product Partner with PM supporting offshore engineering team Needs flexibility with time to work with onshore (East coast) team Implement follow-the-sun model Act in both a support & ownership function Generative AI Help drive progress & transparency Must effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders Must have in-depth knowledge of technology Jira Must have experience using Jira, understanding how to put things together & creating program-level views Confluence Must have experience with Confluence Program Management Creating program plan, maps, & timelines Working with multiple cross-functional teams in a matrix organization Must have excellent communication skills Must show demonstrated ability to be agile & flexible Background: Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 10 years directly relevant experience; experience should include comprehensive experience as a business/process leader or industry expert Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: - PhD or Law + 8 yrs; Masters + 9 yrs; Associates degree + 11 yrs; High School + 12 yrs.
