Job Summary Maintain central inventories for output for capital and resolution planning processes *Assist in the preparation of materials summarizing capital and resolution planning processes and results for senior management and the Board of Directors. *Create tailored analysis on a variety of capital and resolution planning topics to facilitate decision-making by senior management. Job Description What is the opportunity? This Analyst will support the Capital & Resolution Plan team with the production of the Capital Plan for both Royal Bank of Canada - United States (RBC U.S.), and its affiliated entity. The role will contribute to key activities of the capital planning cycle, assist in the preparation of materials summarizing capital and resolution planning processes and results for senior management and the Board of Directors, and create tailored analysis on a variety of capital and resolution planning topics to facilitate decision-making by senior management. The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $65,000-$105,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
