The hiring range for this role is: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range and this hiring range may also be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the hiring range may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs.This job is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay. The Applied Analytics and Data Integrity Specialist will ensure high data quality standards and apply analytical skills to drive actionable insights. The specialist will work closely with business, IT, and data engineering teams to improve data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility, supporting both operational and strategic decision-making. Primary Job Functions
Education, Experience and Certification Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Business or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required Experience Required: At least 3 years data management, data analysis, and/or report development experience working in a data-intensive or regulated industry preferably with health plan claims data, metadata and/or conducting data quality monitoring. Experience working with data visualization tools and techniques. Experience with SAS, SPSS, SQL, Python, SXC or other data analysis languages/tool. Preferred experience with data warehousing and ETL processes, along with a working knowledge of relational databases; PBM or healthcare experience; statistical and/or predictive modeling; enterprise level data warehouse experience; and project implementation experience.
