The Benefits and Leave Administrator is responsible for coordinating and administrating all employee benefits programs, leave programs, and the administration of worker's compensation. Serves as an inclusive collaborator and liaison between multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure an efficient and compliant experience. Supports the application and communication of pertinent policies and procedures, and ensures benefits are handled correctly. This is a full-time opportunity based at the Corporate office in Woodbury, MN. Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm (hours subject to change). Potential for a partial hybrid schedule can be discussed at time of hire.

Bachelors of Human Resource Administration (preferred)
High School (required) Experience
2 years: A minimum of two years of experience in human resources in a healthcare setting is required. Prior experience with employee benefits and leaves is strongly preferred. (required)
