BE PART OF THE CONNECTION

As a Billing Solutions Manager on the Billing Strategy & Design team, your primary focus is to manage a team of Online Digital Catalog system analysts/developers that are supporting the Online catalog. You'll develop and maintain system processes (automation) and determine resources to meet schedule deadlines and assigned objectives. You'll recommend changes to policies and establish organizational procedures. You'll coordinate project launches with many teams outside of the Billing Strategy & Design team that are dependent on the catalog.

WHAT OUR BILLING SOLUTIONS MANAGERS ENJOY MOST

• Advising on methods to improve business processes and billing related changes
• Managing Business Request Forms (BRFs),Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and DMI (Digital Marketing Intakes) that apply to any changes made in the Online Digital Catalog as it relates to design and product launches
• Ensuring compliance of all audit requirements
• Meeting business needs by completing assigned projects on time with high-quality results
• Working closely with the support team to ensure configuration changes input to the Online Digital Catalog are implemented as approved
• Researching and resolving requests (tickets) from end users

On a given day you'll work on a diverse scope of issues where analysis of a situation or data requires evaluation of many factors, including current business trends. You'll thrive in this role if you can manage multiple projects simultaneously and can communicate with all levels within the impacted teams.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Billing Solution Design: 5+ years
• Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Skills: Working knowledge of Process Management
• Abilities: Define key performance indicators/metrics; analyze & interpret data; document, and deliver data-driven presentations; supervise and motivate others; develop strong working relationships with peers and project members; conduct risk assessments and develop risk elimination or mitigation plans

Preferred Qualifications

• CSG/ICOMS/Amdocs/Siebel experience
• Product Catalog experience
• Management or leadership experience
• Project Management experience/knowledge
