Schedule Requirements:

• Must have availability for 2 out of 3 holidays.
• All schedule requests must be approved before signing.
• Every other weekend required.

Contract Details:

• Manager Interview required.
• Duration: 13 weeks.
• Hours: 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Will float to Med Surg if not needed in primary unit.
• Additional float units may be assigned based on skill set and hospital needs.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience required.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH required.
• Ability to read rhythm strips and intervene.

Patient Mix/Skill Requirement:

• CHF; Stroke; Renal failure with fluid overload; stable non-STEMI; post cardiac cath/post staged-PCI.

Patient Ratio: 1:5-7

Charting System: Allscripts

Additional Information:

• First-time travelers are not preferred.
• Facility does not accept travel pairs.
• Scrub Color: Navy Blue.
