Senior Multi-Family/Commercial Affordable Housing Program Underwriter

12+ month contract

Irving, TX (Hybrid)

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, real estate, public policy, urban planning
4+ years of commercial underwriting experience working with either commercial real estate or multi-family properties required (apartments, housing shelters, permanent supportive housing)
Experience working with income statements, proformas, development budgets and cash flow analysis would be perfect.
Experience with construction loans and the financing of a project that involves low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC)
Experience with 15-year income projections/proformas, development budgets, HUD Section 8 vouchers, etc.
NDC (National Development Council) experience is a big plus.

Estimated Min Rate: $40
Estimated Max Rate: $43
