Requirements A bachelor's degree. 3+ years of experience and/or training in wafer scribe and break for GaAs and InP substrates. Clean room and hands-on wafer processing experience. Digital literacy in Development Software, Microsoft Office, and Eyelit. 1st Shift \| Monday - Friday \| 8 AM - 5 PM Salary \| $72,000 - $93,000 Responsibilities Oversee process control and development for wafer scribe and break modules. Train other operators. Maintain accurate documentation. Troubleshoot scribe and break tools. Assist EQUIP techs and coordinate with vendors. Support backend processes like incoming inspection, wafer cleaning, defect identification, and other tasks as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned.
