Pay: $26.50/hour + $3,000 sign-on bonus Shift(s) Available: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 6:45 AM - 7:00 PM (on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule). Both shifts are available. The Maintenance Technician will troubleshoot electrical circuits, pneumatics, hydraulics, and plant equipment, as well as install, align, and calibrate motors, blowers, and new equipment. You'll rebuild mechanical gearboxes, pumps, and apply basic HVAC and plumbing knowledge to resolve issues. Other tasks include performing equipment calibration, analyzing breakdowns to find root causes, and training production employees on basic maintenance tasks. You'll coordinate with vendors, report activities in SAP, participate in team meetings, and ensure clean, safe, and efficient work areas. Qualifications:
