Director - Individual Donor Relations Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact? In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our mission to nurture and grow relationships with individual donors. With a keen focus on site-based fundraising and system-wide initiatives, you will develop and oversee major and planned giving programs supporting 40+ communities and programs. Your efforts will directly contribute to increased revenue from individuals, enabling us to provide even more compassionate care and services to older adults.
