We are seeking a Plant Operations Technician within our plant operations team located at Osceola, Arkansas facility. We are currently offering a $10,000 sign on bonus! The Osceola, AR facility is comprised of two air separation (ASU) plants, one hydrogen plant (PHG). Our site supports Big River Steel (Steel Mill Customer) as well as the merchant gas business. The Plant Operator is responsible for the day to day safe operation of the plants and the site's systems/equipment along with aligning with all EH&S standards to achieve a zero (0) lost time injury record within their area of responsibility, and to perform work duties in accordance with Quality Systems Manual procedures, safety policies and site-specific requirements. In this role, you will also be responsible for monitoring the daily production of liquid oxygen, nitrogen, and argon as well as gaseous hydrogen to ensure quality, cost and production goals are met.
