Schedule: 1st shift, preparing for the 3rd shift down the road The Production Lead will be responsible for ensuring high-quality panel production by monitoring employees, ensuring adherence to SOPs, and checking material accuracy, weight, and size. Actively produce panels, maintain a clean work environment, and ensure employees meet production targets. Follow safety protocols, manage quality control paperwork, assign trainers for new employees, and oversee the lead and chemical handler. Qualified candidates will have two years of LBE Lead experience, preferably in manufacturing. Training will be provided! Other qualification include:
