(Depending on experience) Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday Production Manager responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate the production process to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards. Lead and manage plant staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations to promote a collaborative environment. Implement quality control systems and address any product quality issues. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, fostering a culture of safety. Monitor and manage production costs, implementing cost-saving measures without sacrificing quality. Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure adherence to preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime. Prepare and present reports on production, quality, safety, and key performance metrics to senior management. Qualified candidates will have two years of related experience.
