Staffmark, in partnership with Toshiba International Corp., is hiring an Electrical Assembler for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Houston, TX. This is a great opportunity to start or advance your career with a company committed to employee success.

Pay: $18.64 per hour

Shift Availability



  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | Monday - Friday, Some Saturdays
  • 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM | Monday - Friday
  • Overtime Available


As an Electrical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling electrical components by following schematics and using tools such as wire cutters, wire strippers, and wrenches. You will wire small components, ensure proper connections, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Daily tasks include handling and lifting components (up to 40 pounds), using hand tools with precision, and identifying different types of electrical wiring. Additionally, you will be required to climb as part of the job.

Qualifications:



  • 3+ months of electrical assembly experience (specifically with small wiring)
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics
  • Comfortable using wire cutters, wire strippers, and wrenches
  • Attention to detail and safety standards
