Description Stephens Memorial Hospital Summary: Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) 1. Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Surgical Technology required. 2. License/Certifications: Current certification by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. 3. Experience: Two years of experience preferred. 4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A 5.
