JOB PURPOSE:

The Transition Support Program (TSP) Program Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the Transition Support Program. This position ensures efficient execution of activities to include outreach, education, case management, training, risk screenings, marketing, data collection and reporting. The TSP Program Manager will be responsible for understanding, completing, and reporting on all contract deliverables. This position will serve as a liaison between Endeavors, Onward Ops, Veterans Administration, and the community to complete the program requirements, goals, and deliverables.


Qualifications

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Oversee & support all program operations, including gathering outcome data and tracking and reporting KPI's to leadership.
  • Draft and maintain accurate, confidential records and reports as required to monitor and assess client participation, program incentives, costs, and benefits to the company.
  • Collaboratively work with the specialized staff to monitor client need and implement new support services when indicated.
  • Oversee performance measurement, capturing and reporting client outcomes, and coordinating outreach events as appropriate.
  • Track and complete funder deliverables, audits, surveys, and compliance requirements.
  • Support forecast budget planning and execute expenditures of program funds to achieve the directed margin.
  • Represent Endeavors at conferences, meetings of service providers within the community, and liaising with other organizations at the local level to maintain partnerships and share work of the program. Manage Community Outreach and Communication to ensure eligible community members and their family members take full advantage of the program's services.
  • Ensure staff satisfaction, professional development and build a positive work environment.
  • Understand and support a results-based accountability model of programs.
  • Ensure confidentiality and control access to sensitive information.
  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION: BA/BS in project management, business administration, social services, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Experience may be considered in lieu of education.

EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of experience small to large-scale projects requiring engagement of multiple business/program areas and operations. Demonstrated proficiency in project implementation and management, public speaking, leadership, training, prevention program development, evaluation, strategic planning, and data compilation. Military cultural competency is required.

ATTENDANCE: Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employer's sole discretion.

LICENSES: Driver's License with clear record. Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check.

VEHICLE: Must have daily use of a vehicle without prior notice. Position requires the ability to travel on short notice. Local travel and occasional overnight travel required.

OTHER: Must be available and willing to travel to various locations and with such frequency as the business need dictates. Must be able to support a home office if remote operational needs arise.
