Associate, Operations: What this job involves: The Associate will work with our national Capital Markets operations Team. This multi-faceted role requires someone who has strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, creativity, strong project management skills, and pays close attention to detail. The candidate must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, while being a collaborative team player who has a can-do mindset. This individual will be a key contributor and provide operational support. What your day-to-day will look like: Support tracking and sanitizing transaction details submitted to industry organizations. Work with all levels of leadership to create and/or update marketing collateral for the Capital Markets business including brochures, qualifications decks, maps, etc. Assist on quarterly presentation and collateral updates, as needed. Support national events on an as-needed basis, assisting with tasks such as event request forms, shipment coordination, budget and expense tracking, and on-site logistics for Capital Markets events and conferences, collaborating with the Events Team as required. Manage daily operational updates, such as distribution lists, email signature blocks, internal reference documents and team bios and headshots. Track personnel reporting on a weekly basis; communicate internally as needed and make updates to JLL software systems. Process invoices, track related expenses, and assist with expense reports as needed. Maintain internal communication tools, including managing updates to JLL's internal website and regular audits to uphold data accuracy. Collaborate with local Capital Markets office managers relative to local business journal listings. Oversee business card approvals and changes to ensure compliance. Manage transaction leads received from JLL Qualified Leads team. Perform additional job duties, as requested. Desired or preferred experience and technical skills: Highly skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Skilled in Adobe Creative products (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Technologically savvy and a quick learner. Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's Degree. 3 - 5 years of related experience, real estate experience a plus. Previous work in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment. Strong communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction. Understanding of and commitment to client service. Ability to think logically, acknowledge problems and seek solutions. Comfortable with taking charge and dealing with ambiguity to achieve successful outcomes. Willing to help other team members and work with different personalities. Some travel will be necessary.
