Pay rate: $23 - $25 per hour

Schedule: 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday

HR Coordinator responsibilities:



  • Recruit candidates directly or through coordination with onsite and secondary agencies; may include interviewing and testing.
  • Provide support for Kronos timecard management, scheduling, and making necessary updates and changes.
  • Assist with training needs and collaborate with others on standard training reports.
  • Handle employee relations and effectively communicate across all levels, from hourly to salaried staff.
  • Support various employee recognition programs and special projects.
  • Conduct labor analysis and contribute to related minor support tasks.
  • Engage in additional administrative and operational support functions as needed.


The ideal candidate has over two years of experience in an HR, office, or recruiting role, possesses strong customer service and people skills, is proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, and has excellent communication skills.
