Staffmark is seeking a skilled and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations and administrative functions of our office in Lewisville, TX. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Salary: $24 - $28 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing office operations, supporting senior management, and ensuring smooth and efficient workflows across multiple departments. You will also assist with invoicing, financial documentation, and the billing process, helping the office run seamlessly.

Responsibilities:



  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supply management, equipment maintenance, and workspace organization.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling, travel coordination, and report preparation.
  • Manage office budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effective spending.
  • Assist with invoicing, billing, and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and clients regarding office inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and office regulations.
  • Coordinate team events and foster a positive work environment.
  • Manage office technology and equipment, troubleshooting issues as needed.
  • Assist HR with onboarding and employee attendance tracking.


Qualifications:



  • 4+ years of experience in office management or a similar role
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Proficient in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Workspace) and office equipment
  • Experience with invoicing, accounts receivable, or financial processes preferred
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and a team player
