Salary: $49K - $53K yearly

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including managing data entry, bookkeeping, payroll, and sales tax processing for both personal and small business clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational and clerical skills who enjoys working independently. You will be expected to maintain accurate financial records, manage payroll, and handle sales tax filings for multiple clients.

Requirements:



  • QuickBooks Desktop/QuickBooks Online experience (QB ProAdvisor Certification preferred)
  • Payroll experience
  • Sales tax experience
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
