Description ECD, a Pavion company is seeking a talented and motivated Low Voltage Technician to join our security business unit working in the greater metro Phoenix area. Primary Responsibilities: Assist with the installation and setup of low voltage systems. Able to work on large commercial installations involving wiring and programming equipment. Follow wiring diagrams and technical instructions to complete installations and repairs Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and industry regulations Communicate effectively with Project Manager, Project Supervisors, and Project Coordinators Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times. Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in low voltage systems is a plus 2+ years working with low voltage systems Experience with Access Control products, Security Systems, Cameras, and Alarms. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds, tools, and work in various physical environments. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working with security systems such as Genetec or Lenel Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and instructions Familiarity with industry standards and regulations RATE: $25.00-32.00+/hr. based on experience and certifications Disclaimer: This job description should not be construed to imply that these requirements are the exclusive standards of the position.
