The Role in Brief:

Coordinator, CHRO Collaborative, EAB Seramount

EAB's research programs offer strategic guidance at scale. EAB research helps partners educate stakeholders at their organization, make research-informed decisions, and enhance the implementation speed of recommended practices.

As a Coordinator, you color-code, you organize, you never let things slip through the cracks. As a Coordinator, you support our Research by connecting partners to our team of experts, ensuring processes are running smoothly, and meeting key deadlines.

As an integral member of the team enabling smooth operations, this Coordinator will gain experience and expertise in business operations at EAB. This Coordinator's anticipated focus will include supporting EAB Seramount's first Research offering specifically designed for Chief Human Resources Officers. The Coordinator will serve an important role both internally and externally as a liaison, information resource, and key point of contact.

This hire may be based in Washington, D.C.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Act as an internal and external liaison for EAB
  • Collaborate across teams and divisions to provide high-quality, seamless customer service
  • Maintain executives' calendars
  • Identify and manage engagement events for the department and central operations team
  • Oversee logistics for key department communications and initiatives, including leadership weekly updates, town halls, special events, etc.
  • Work with operations team to manage schedules, content, speakers, session notes and materials, etc. for continuous training work
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new department hires
  • Collaborate with team managers on department communications
  • Manage other administrative duties and special projects as needed



Basic Qualifications:



  • Excellent academic record
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Must possess at least two of the following:

    • Customer service experience
    • Experience working in a team environment
    • Experience in an office setting
    • Leadership experience

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed internal and external customer expectations
  • Proven ability to manage and troubleshoot basic technology platforms

Compensation:

The anticipated starting salary for this role is $40,000 per year.
