Description
SUMMARY The Event Coordinator will support major event operations including Patriots Games, Concerts, Soccer Matches and other events as assigned. This role is primarily responsible for coordinating the deployment of security equipment to their designated location on campus, executing security procedures, coordinating training and activity related to compliance programs. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support event day operations by coordinating the deployment of security technology to their designated locations on campus, executing setup, operation, troubleshooting and escalation of issues to key stakeholders as required.
- Partner with vendors and service providers involved in event security to coordinate event day tech support coverage and to perform regular maintenance programs as required.
- Partner with TeamOps management to deliver training programs for event staff including but not limited to security technology, equipment, functional (OJT) and annual training.
- Assist with credentialing programs for NFL, MLS and Gillette Stadium including
implementation, maintenance, coordination with all workgroups, including regular compliance meetings.
- Assists the Operations and Compliance Senior Manager as well as the Site Security Manager with compliance programs, including regular testing of policies and procedures.
- Assist the Event Managers with event staff scheduling as assigned.
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
- Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities but will interface with part time staff
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years event experience in a high paced environment, preferred.
- Familiar with security technology including: Axess, Evolv, Event Management Software, preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make sound decisions quickly.
- This position requires working outside of regular business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays with frequency in support of events
- Event Venue, noise level in the work environment is typically loud
- Densely populated on event day
