This role involves comprehensive program management of strategic initiatives for data center operations, focusing on performance tracking, client communications, and documentation oversight. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation, while also contributing to employee development and proactively addressing program risks.
Job Responsibilities: Performance management (KPI) reporting collation and reporting for migration accounts Ownership of tracking and for building meeting materials for key client meetings, such as QBRs Ownership of all program documentation Will develop innovative reporting for a newly formed business group, leveraging technology where possible Partner with Execution Leads, Client and Program Leads to complete deliverables for account programs Assist in training and developing employees in the skills and understanding of account procedures, methodology, and practices expected for a successful project implementation Proactively identifies, reports, and solutions project and program risks Job Qualifications: Strong analytical skills and ability to manipulate data in multiple ways Outstanding organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal skills and ability to present in front of others Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and ability to learn new technology systems and platforms Works well in an environment in which priorities are constantly changing | |
