Schedule: 8:30am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday Front Office Coordinator daily tasks include warmly greeting clients and visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and managing email and mail correspondence. Responsibilities include overseeing staff mailboxes, scheduling appointments, ordering office supplies, and coordinating meeting catering. Additional duties include filing, maintaining records, copying documents, and providing general clerical support as needed. Qualifications: Must have strong customer service and data entry skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, a solid attendance record, and excellent attention to detail.
