Job Description:

• Implement UX/UI requirements across multiple domains using a User-Centered Design approach.
• Collaborate with UX Designers to ensure accessibility standards (508 compliance) are met.
• Develop applications using Java and JavaScript frameworks (React).
• Utilize tools such as GitLab, Maven, Jenkins, and Nexus for version control, build automation, and deployment.
• Work with modern databases (NoSQL, Relational, Object) to ensure smooth integration of back-end systems.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, provide feedback, and ensure efficient delivery within Agile sprints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience and deliver high-quality solutions.

The Level 2 Agile Developer shall possess the following capabilities:

• Proficiency in Java and JavaScript frameworks, especially React.
• Experience with development tools: GitLab, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus.
• Knowledge of design systems and UX/UI principles.
• Understanding of Section 508 (Accessibility) standards and ability to implement compliant solutions.
• Familiarity with modern databases (NoSQL, Relational, Object).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in an Agile environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and feedback from UX Designers.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
• Fourteen (14) years of experience in agile development/engineering.

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph

Pay Range: 149,000-209,000
