Description
SUMMARY The Talent Specialist role will be responsible for screening and identify talent for various operating entities and functional disciplines. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reviews resumes and qualifications to determine suitability of candidates.
- Screen viable candidates to validate skills, experience, compensation, and other relevant job-related attributes.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Extend Offers, as assigned.
- Provides best in class experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout recruitment process.
- Ensures consistency with recruiting screening and interviewing processes.
- Provide regular feedback and updates to supervisors.
- Responsible for days to fill, vacancy rates, turnover, candidate quality and diversity objectives.
- Administer all employment practices and policies in strict compliance with Federal, State and Local Law including but not limited to: record keeping, background checks, E-Verify, immigration, EEOC, Confidentiality and OSHA reporting.
- Maintain all aspects of the HRIS system including compliance with all necessary documentation pertaining to their application, virtual interview, offer letter and initiating the background checks.
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
- Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPPA.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be well organized and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be self-motivated, self-disciplined, and detailed oriented
- Prior sales or recruiting experience preferred
- Ability to operate in a confidential work environment
- Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Microsoft Office, Power Point
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Knowledge of State/Federal laws and regulations pertaining to labor, benefits and compensation preferred
- Must have attention to detail and focused concentration
- Must be able to learn new tasks and complete tasks independently
- Must be able to make timely decisions in the context of the workflow
- Must possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and responsiveness
- Must be able to adhere to process protocol and must be able to apply established protocols in a timely manner
