Staffmark is hiring a Facilities Technician for an exciting direct hire opportunity in Middletown, OH with a leading manufacturer of advanced processing solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. Pay Range: $18 - $24 per hour Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM with occasional overtime as needed As a Facilities Technician, you will maintain and repair building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical), troubleshoot equipment issues, and keep accurate records. You will also assemble equipment components per blueprints, collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues, and use basic metrology tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to ensure precise measurements. Additionally, you will operate cranes, forklifts, and scissor lifts, contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives, follow 5S practices to maintain an organized work environment, and ensure adherence to quality control standards. Other duties will be assigned as needed to support the team and business operations. Qualifications:
