In this role, you will be responsible for building, repairing, and maintaining tooling components, injection molds, and metal stamping dies to support production. You'll troubleshoot and resolve any tooling-related issues, while also participating in design reviews for new tooling projects. You will implement cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives, manage spare parts inventories, and educate production staff on best maintenance practices. Additionally, you'll lead Kaizen events, contribute to upholding World Class Manufacturing standards, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Your efforts will directly support the company's goal of driving efficiency and innovation in production processes, ultimately helping create a more sustainable future.

What We're Looking For:



  • Qualifications: A Technical Degree in Machine Tool Technology, with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong mechanical and technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
  • Proficiency with precision measuring tools, CNC equipment, wire EDM, sinker EDM, milling machines, surface grinders, and lathes.
  • Solid understanding of blueprint reading and working knowledge of injection molding machines and punch presses.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills and a focus on safety.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and willingness to work overtime as needed.
