Description Pen Bay Medical Center Come join us! Working within a model of "Safe Patient Family Centered Care", the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is an integral part of our Health Care team! For a limited time MaineHealth is offering sign on bonuses for Certified Nursing Assistants: 0-1 years of experience eligible for $2,500 (full time) 1+ years of experience eligible for $4,000 (full time) Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time CNA position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible. Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment. Pen Bay Hospital ispart of theCoastal Healthcare Alliance and theMaineHealthsystem. Summary: This position consists of 36 hours per week. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) 1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. 2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Certified Nursing Assistant required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. 3. Experience: Relevant experience preferred. 4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A 5.
