Description Maine Medical Center Summary Per diem Schedule is 16 + hours per week The Patient Care Support Services Dispatcher performs a variety of administrative and clerical functions to support an office and/or multiple teams. Incumbents in the role provide administrative support, including organizing room bookings, answering incoming calls, greeting and directing patients/visitors, filing, preparing routine correspondence, etc. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) 1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. 2. License/Certifications: N/A 3. Experience: One year of customer service experience required. 4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A 5.
