Description: Hybrid \| 3 day/wk \| New York, NY Our client, a leader in their industry, has an exciting opportunity for a Software Engineer. We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. Rate: $65 - $70 / hr. w2 Responsibilities: This project will involve a combination of maintenance and enhancements. Codebase is primarily: Java SpringBoot AWS 100% serverless (ECS Fargate and Lambdas) They have an increasing amount of Python code used for data streaming components Experience Requirements: Excellent Java/SpringBoot/AWS Need to have Java 8/11 or higher Intermediate Python a plus Tech stack expertise is key, although experience with rules-based systems (leveraging Camunda or similar) would be helpful Must be very comfortable working as an individual contributor - but will also be working collaborative on larger efforts
