We need someone who will lead initiatives while leveraging Talent Operations shared services department experts to ensure the highest level of service to their internal client(s) and business sectors. In the role of Talent Operations Business Partner, you'll be responsible for leading and managing the Talent Operations related activities and functions that align with their assigned internal client(s) and business sectors. ABOUT THE POSITION

* Subject matter expertise of the assigned internal client(s) and business sectors.
* Lead initiatives while leveraging Talent Operations shared services department experts to ensure the highest level of service to their internal client(s) and business sectors.
* Advise other leaders as a member of the management team of the internal client.
* Actively support discussions to coordinate promotion, departmental structure, and transfer best practices from different functions in the organization.
* Participate in the budgeting and design of succession plans for key talents and key job positions.
* Leverage and present consistent and robust workforce trends using demographic, hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and current associate feedback loops to provide management with a
* Talent pulse for their sector of the business.
* Identify and prepare development plans for the key employees and high potential employees.
* Acts as a single point of advisement for the management of the internal client(s) and business sectors.
* Proactively deliver Talent Operations processes, policies and procedures, using shared platforms, onboarding training, refresher training, and daily advising to management.
* Engage with Talent Operations departmental projects cross-functionally, analyze specific impact to their client(s), and provide input to Talent Operations shared services team.
* Actively identify gaps, propose, and implement changes necessary to cover risks within the business sector that are unique and individualized.
* Promotes positive change and associate engagement of the business sector.
* Acts as a member of the Talent Operations Team that leads by example to support other team members in their sector of the business including the shared services team of associate relations, benefits, compliance, data analysis, generalist, onboarding/offboarding, and payroll.
* Educate Talent Operations shared services on the needs of the business sector.
* Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
* 1-2 years' experience in Human Resources required (as a Generalist or Business Partner
* preferred)
* Bachelor's degree in human resources related field or equivalent required.
* HRCI or SHRM (CP or SCP) certification preferred.
* Strong Business Acumen required
* Signature Performance operational experience and knowledge required.
* Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form required
* Time and priority management skills required
* Analytical and problem-solving skills required
* Labor law knowledge and experience required
* Change management experience preferred
* Project management experience preferred
* Ability to function effectively and excel in a fast-paced environment with autonomy.

General Areas of Accountability:
Must conduct business and personal affairs in a manner that is always a credit to the company. Must maintain a good credit rating while employed with the company.

The following HIPAA and Privacy items apply to all positions at Signature Performance:
* Follow HIPAA guidelines for protecting the privacy and security of sensitive personal and/or health information.
* Follow Signature expected acceptable use to protect propriety and company owned information.
* Complete annually required Privacy and Security Training
Performance Management:
* All Signature Performance associates are subject to regular performance management to determine if skills and training requirements are suitable for the position.
Machines and Equipment:
The incumbent must be able to effectively operate the current computer system, telephone system, and other office machines such as copiers and fax machines.
Physical Activity:
* The incumbent must be able to finger, grasp, feel, see, sit, hear, and speak. This position is sedentary in nature with minimal lifting requirements.
Working Conditions:
The incumbent works in an office environment that is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions such as heat, cold, or extreme noise. Routine periods of being on the phone utilizing a headset, sitting and data keying are required.
* Remote Eligibility: This position is Ad-hoc remote eligible. Eligibility is determined by Management or Talent Operations.
U.S. Citizenship is Required for All Positions and Work on All Positions Must Be Completed in the Continental United States, Alaska, or Hawaii.
