Recycling Specialists are responsible for prospecting and supporting new commercial and industrial business growth as well as retaining and increasing current customer recycling business to grow tonnage at the Recycling facility. This position requires cold calling on commercial and industrial accounts in the field to generate new recycling volume for the Rumpke Recycling and Resource Center. High School (required)
Bachelors of Relevant field (preferred) Experience
Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies. (required)
Rrecycling/waste industry experience and/or working with contractors. (preferred) Previous cold calling experience. (required) 1 years: Experience in a customer-facing sales role (business to business). (required) 2 years: Outside business-to-business sales with a proven track record of success.
