We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to join our thriving client in Huntersville, NC. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee production processes, ensure smooth operations, monitor work quality, and guide the production team. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm Training will be Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm Essential tasks: Lead a team of operators and support the operation of the resin machine. Operate the resin machine and load dry materials and foil rolls as scheduled. Work with the team to improve efficiencies through planning and instruction. Complete reports and documentation as required, in print or digitally. Support or lead preventative maintenance (PM) activities on production machinery. Qualifications: Mechanical/electrical troubleshooting and repair experience Proven leadership experience of at least five years Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment Good knowledge of M365 SAP user knowledge is beneficial, but not essential This is a direct hire position with a full list of benefits that will be provided upon being hired by our client.
