Job Description:
Saab Inc. is searching for a Compensation Manager to join our growing HR team. In this new position, you will play a critical role in ensuring competitive, equitable, and cost-effective compensation practices for our diverse exempt and non-exempt workforce across the United States. We are growing fast, and you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the future of Saab in the U.S. in this critical role. This position is based in Syracuse, NY, but we will also consider a work location in our Washington, DC, Quincy, MA, or Orlando, FL offices. This position is eligible for the Saab, Inc. relocation package. Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Typical Salary Range: $121,000-$160,000 for our Syracuse, NY and Orlando, FL locations. $145,000-$188,00 for our Washington, DC and Quincy, MA locations. The compensation range provided is a general guideline. When extending an offer, Saab, Inc. considers factors including (but not limited to) the role and associated responsibilities, location, and market and business considerations, as well as the candidate's work experience, key skills, and education/training. Citizenship Requirements: Must be a U.S. citizen.
