Associate Marketing Manager - Global Trauma

The Associate Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting efforts on executing commercial marketing strategies and tactics required to drive sustained revenue growth in the highly competitive Trauma market. The Associate Marketing Manager will work closely with the Field Sales, Strategic Marketing, Medical Education, and Sales Training to create and implement effective marketing strategies and drive commercial execution.

What will you be doing?

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Trauma market landscape: market trends, customer priorities, and competitive landscape to shape our go to market approach.

  • Support the commercial team with technical product support both in the field and in corporate offices to ensure customer conversion and satisfaction.

  • Responsible for executing go to market plans for assigned product lines including promotions, medical education, digital marketing, channel readiness, inventory requirement and allocation.

  • Work with Sales Leadership to develop tools and resources to support their efforts on the product lines.

  • Supports industry educational meetings and events, on-site customer meetings and labs, national sales meeting, and other strategic meetings.

  • Cultivates relationships with key customers, internal stakeholders, and the sales organization.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent

  • 0-2 years demonstrated marketing experience preferably in the orthopaedic market or 2 plus years in marketing experience.

  • Requires domestic travel up to 25-30% of the time.

  • Travel Requirements: up to 30%
