Description

Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:




  • Provide Sales Team and Client Executive support by preparing sales reports, analyzing data, and assisting with special projects as needed



  • Collaborate with the Sales Team and Client Executive to manage customer accounts, maintain accurate records, and ensure that customer information is up to date



  • Provide support for our Service and Sales Teams including, but not limited to utilization of quoting tools, pricing proposals, and service projects



  • Assist with Service and Software Maintenance contract validation, manufacturer engagement and renewal pipeline management



  • Process and manage sales orders in a timely and accurate manner



  • Work with internal departments, including Service Coordination and Business Operations to ensure timely and accurate order processing and invoicing



  • Communicate with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service



  • Participate in team meetings and provide input on process improvements and customer issues




Basic Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of experience in a sales support or administrative role

  • Strong customer service and communication skills



  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills



  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment



  • Familiarity with sales processes and order management systems



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Salesforce or similar CRM software



  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously



  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
