ADI Business Technical Consultant (EAM) This ADI Business Technical Consultant will drive the implementation of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system, ensuring that it is designed, configured, and deployed to align with the company's long-term goals. The role will collaborate closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure the EAM system is optimized for organizational needs and integrates seamlessly with other systems, such as Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Planning, implementation, and deployment of the EAM system. This role involves ensuring that the EAM aligns with organizational goals and future needs while coordinating with internal and external teams to gather and define system requirements. (30%) 2. Provide EAM-specific insights as part of the ADI Program Team's integrated project plan, ensuring that resources, timelines, and deliverables are managed effectively and that the EAM system integrates seamlessly with other systems with ED. (20%) 3. Work closely with IT teams to ensure the EAM system is aligned with the company's IT architecture and that it supports future scalability and integration. (20%) 4. Own the EAM vendor relationship by providing technical and strategic input to ensure deliverables meet the organization's requirements. Facilitate communication between vendors, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution. (20%) 5. Develop and implement training efforts to ensure staff are equipped to use the EAM and will lead change management strategies to support the adoption of new functionalities. (10%) RELATIONSHIPS Internal: Regular collaboration with other teams involved in the ADI program, such as the Distribution Control Center, and IT departments. External: Interacts with external vendors and the system integrator for EAM QUALIFICATIONS Education Required: Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferred: Advanced Degree in any of the above fields. Experience Required: 7 years of experience in utility operations, IT systems implementation, or related fields. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
