Position Description
Performs semi-professional work on various projects and programs. Work is performed under supervision within established policies with latitude for independent judgment. Employee performance is based upon a review of completed work and overall results obtained. May supervise specialized clerical section.

Major/Essential Functions
Employee will maintain business relationships with existing customers, market services provided by the TTUHSC Printing Center, and process orders. This includes assisting customers in the planning of their printing projects; recommending and selecting styles, images, materials, and addressing and delivery options; checking for compliance with University identity standards, and then providing the customer with an accurate formal estimate.
Employee will also assist in the requisition of outside printing services. Further, employee will oversee billing and transaction process, following procedures to ensure accuracy. A thorough knowledge of web-based enterprise applications is preferred.

Work is performed under general supervision in accordance with University policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications
High school plus 4 years experience. Additional education may substitute on a year for year basis.
