U.S. AutoForce POSITION SUMMARYJoin our growing Marketing team, supporting our U.S. AutoForce division!

The Graphic Designer communicates and promotes the U.S. AutoForce brand and its partners brands, product offerings, and activities through compelling, innovative graphic design to support complex, multi-channel marketing efforts, including print, web, e-commerce and event production support. Conceptualizes progressive on-brand designs by collaborating cross functionally and executes design work from start to finish to deliver high quality marketing assets to delight stakeholders, support overarching brand strategies, and drive business success.

This position will work on-site in Appleton, WI.

  • Development of a deep understanding of business graphic needs and both conceptualization and creation of complex, high-quality print, digital, and event-related assets across the

    organization.

  • Development of logos and brand assets for U.S. AutoForce in close collaboration with business stakeholders and resource groups.

  • Participation in internal brainstorming sessions to help "imagine the possible" regarding marketing materials/assets.

  • Functioning as a creative liaison as needed between U.S. AutoForce and external vendors, including print/production companies and brand and vendor partners.

  • Ownership of all U.S. AutoForce and brand partner brand standards.

  • Maintenance of both U.S. AutoForce and brand partner digital assets, including photography, brand logos, artwork, video, and completed marketing materials.

  • Build and maintain U.S. AutoForce and brand partner Canva brand kits.

  • Providing project graphic support to other members of the U.S. AutoForce marketing team, including communications, collateral and digital marketing.

  • Presentation of graphics work/projects to internal stakeholders and groups of various sizes.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree in Graphic Design or Marketing with an emphasis in design or equivalent combination of educational experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience designing within a corporate or agency setting.
  • A highly creative, enthusiastic, visionary mindset able to absorb limited direction and feedback from internal and external stakeholders to bring life to graphic designs and assets.
  • Willingness to offer creative ideas and innovative thinking coupled with a commitment to the elevation of U.S. AutoForce and brand partner graphics in support of overarching business objectives and brand needs.
  • Willingness to collaborate with stakeholders both within U.S. AutoForce and brand partner sales and marketing teams to understand needs and develop assets meeting an array of purposes.
  • Demonstratable expertise in logo design and creation of a range of print materials.
  • Demonstratable expertise in digital design, including hands on experience with updating websites within a Wordpress CMS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, collaborate with a range of personalities, and translate vision into marketing assets that actively support brand strategy and support business success.
  • A high level of organization, including the ability to manage multiple projects with various deadlines, and the ability to think quickly to shuffle projects/priorities as needed to accommodate quick-turn requests.
  • Strong analytical skills including the ability to find effective design solutions for highly complex objectives with multiple layers of typography and messaging..
  • Extremely detailed and dependable in regard to taking ownership of designs, liberties with improvements and a keen eye for mistakes and opportunities.
  • Expertise in: * Graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. * Microsoft Office programs * Web design and publishing, including WordPress
  • Preferred: Independent workstyle with strong project management skills. Experience with Monday.com.
