Communications Specialist Psych-Core-Rsch Full Time 82077BR Job Summary Responsible for managing the communications of a UCSF-based pediatric mental health access program that is expanding statewide to include satellite partner sites across California. The program is based with the UCSF Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. This includes all or most of the following functions: Independently oversees a comprehensive communications program for a unit or school with moderately complex communications requirements. The communications program usually includes written, visual, digital, electronic and social media communications. Works with management to develop and execute organizational communication and market branding strategy. Designs and implements information campaigns. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $79,000 - $127,200 (Annual Rate). Together they constitute one of the largest departments in the UCSF School of Medicine and the UCSF Weill Institute for Neurosciences, with a mission focused on research (basic, translational, clinical), teaching, patient care, and public service.
