Position Summary
We are looking for hard-working individuals who are eager to work outdoors and are up to the challenge of taking care of Epic's unique landscape as part of the Horticulture team. Responsibilities include assisting horticulturists with maintenance of garden areas, green roofs, orchard, and prairies. You'll also be responsible for mowing, trimming, mulching, watering, weeding, and composting. Work may be strenuous and involve crouching, bending, kneeling, and regularly lifting 50lbs, so a passion for rigorous, outdoor activity is a must. We have a number of openings for experienced and motivated landscapers and horticulturists to join our team. Pay for this position starts at $20/hr.

Requirements
  • Experience using commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers and hand tools is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week through the growing season (~April-~November)
  • Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Live within 45 minutes of Epic's campus in Verona, WI
  • COVID-19 vaccination
