ParentChild+ Early Learning Specialist

Early Learning Specialists (ELSs) meet one-on-one with parents/caregivers and their 16-48 month-olds twice a week for 30 minutes. Each week they provide the family with a new book or toy (family keeps them). ELSs support parents/caregivers in preparing their children for academic success, strengthening families and communities through intensive, consistent long-term home visiting.
