We're looking for a Product Manager, Resource Tracking to join Procore's Resource Management Division. Procore's software solutions aim to improve the lives of everyone in construction and the people within Product & Technology are the driving force behind our innovative and top-rated global platform. We're a customer-centric group that encompasses engineering, product, product design, data, security, and business systems. In this role, you'll be working to improve and scale Procore's Resource Tracking solution. You'll partner with other members of our core Product Management, UX, Design, and Engineering teams to define and execute a product roadmap. You will conduct customer and market feedback and translate those needs into a roadmap that improves customer satisfaction, adoption, and competitive positioning. You will engage in discussions around the future strategy for the product line and work closely with other senior members of the product management team to develop and define our longer-term direction, including how we ensure a world-class field experience for tracking labor & equipment resources. This position reports to the Director of Product, Resource Management and will be based in our Austin, TX office. We're looking for someone to join us immediately. What you'll do:

Base Pay Range $134,800 - $185,350. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation.
