Job Summary Job Description What is the Opportunity? This role is part of Group Risk Management - U.S. Enterprise Risk, supporting oversight of Reputation and Conduct risk in RBC's Combined US Operations (CUSO), RBC's Intermediate Holding Company (RIHC) and branches within the U.S. This role will provide oversight and guidance to the lines of business (LoB)s, coordinate with risk management functions in the US and Canada and assist in creating reporting for senior management and the Board. The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $110,000 - $190,000 (New Jersey) depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
