Job Posting Title: AEWM Billing Specialist

Department: Accounting

Reporting to: Billing Team Lead

Location: Topeka, KS

Overview:

We are looking for a detail orientated individual to join our Wealth Management Finance team. As a Billing Specialist you will provide billing support to our clients and internal team members. If working with numbers and data excites you, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What you'll do:

Research and respond to various inquires for information from internal and external sources
Maintain Billing data
Assist with the monthly billing processes
Answer questions from management, marketers and agents on detail related to billing calculations and commission history
Assist with sending monthly agent statements
Enter vendor bills and process payments on a weekly basis
Duties related to the AEWM Accounting Associate position as needed and assigned
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Experience you'll bring:

1 to 3 years previous experience in banking/accounting/financial services
Strong organizational skills: capacity to manage heavy workload while navigating a variety of competing, ever-changing priorities
Detail oriented, motivated, dependable, and quality oriented
Ability to working independently, but also as a collaborative team member
Provide support to other team members when needed

Bonus Points:

Bachelor of Accounting degree strongly desired
QuickBooks experience
